Mr GREG WARREN (Campbelltown)—I rise to recognise the 40th anniversary of WIRES. They are a crucial part of wildlife conservation and protection across the state, and particularly in my electorate of Campbelltown. For 40 years they have been committed to the rescue, care, rehabilitation and release of native animals back into the wild. WIRES volunteers give up their time, homes and often their own money in order to look after our local wildlife. A special thank you to Emma, Tracy and Inga who are just a few of the many local WIRES volunteers who have been a large help in the wildlife care in the Campbelltown region. I would once again like to thank WIRES for all the hard work they put in to help our local wildlife and congratulate them on 40 years of critical support for wildlife in Campbelltown and beyond. I look forward to celebrating many more years to come.
