Mr GREG WARREN (Campbelltown) (16:59): I am delighted to make a brief contribution to debate on the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill (No 2) 2025. This bill is procedural and another example of this Government continually reviewing legislation to ensure that it is fit for purpose. The bill fixes typographical errors and ensures that the law can be practised on its basis. That said, governments have done this for generations. These are very sensible changes that tidy up legislation to ensure that it is fit for purpose and that the law can be practised under it. I commend the bill to the House.
